Our cattery is fully heated with extra warmth for those that require it. They have free access to their own private covered exercise area with scratching posts and a sitting/viewing area. This is so they can see the birds and relax in the sun if required.  For our older and more inactive guests we can provide accommodation all on one level.

We provide beds and a vet bed which is thoroughly washed at high temperatures after every use. We routinely disinfect our feed and water bowls. We ask that no bedding, bowls, leads and toys etc are left with your cat as we provide all of these. This is for hygiene reasons and prevention of cross contamination.

We are happy to administer any medication that has been prescribed. Most diets can be catered for, but if you would prefer to bring your own, please label clearly.

Multiple cats by arrangement

A small charge will be added to each day for any medication administration and storage of raw food.  Please ask a member of staff for for details.

Payment to be for full period of booking and is due on arrival. Please also be aware that no pets can be removed from the premises until accounts are settled in full and that outstanding accounts will continue to accrue until fully paid

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a booking please provide more than seven days notice as failure to do so will result in the full price of the booking being charged. This will give us a chance to fill this space in our busier times

Please note that on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, drop off and collection is between 9.00am and 11.00 am only.  On Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday, whilst we take care of animals as normal, we do not accept in take or collection on these days. Please also note over the following days; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Year’s Day and Easter Day, an additional charge of £15 per day for dogs and £10 per day for cats is charged over this period . This is to cover the extra we pay to our very kind staff for working over this period.
